Kobal Cover Art Detail
Finished: May 18, 2007 The art of Kobal used for the chapter 1 cover page. This was inked by hand, the flat colors were added in Photoshop, and the shading was all done in Corel Painter. @__@ But I'm quite pleased with the results! Kobal just refused to have a design that would stick, but I've finally got him pinned down here. This is his final design. And that, is THAT!! =D That thingamajig he's holding up is one of his trusty lockpicks (and it's not really as big as it looks, that's me screwing up perspectives @__@''). And they're hard to see, but he has red stitched leather pants, an homage to the bandits in TESIV: Oblivion. I swear, every single freaking bandit in that game had on, not nice, protective greaves, but thin, unprotective, yet somehow stylish red leather stitched pants. Whatever works, I suppose... |
